Next steps?

In thinking about the last meeting we had, a lot of questions arose about our next steps in building the site. We would love to hear your insights!

Do we involve the larger group of youth organizations at this stage of development, answering these questions? Or do we create something, with the help of our teens, post it, and then modify?

Should the next meeting really be a focus group with teens to talk through our ideas? If so, how soon could people realistically ask, encourage and mobilize their teens for this? Should it be anyone that is interested, or should it be a representative from each group?

Cloud has some good experience here with coordinating teens from different groups. Jared, any advice, thoughts?
