Membership to RYMAEC helps connect you to a community of individuals, organizations, and community-based groups committed to supporting and strengthening the youth media arts field. We have two levels of membership: Contributing Members and General Members.
Contributing Membership
Contributing Members are required to contribute at least one article and post one example of a lesson plan to RYMAEC.org each year. These contributions are coordinated with RYMAEC's advisory group members who act as the editors for the site.
Contributing members receive:
- Priority discounted and free registration at professional development workshops and presentations at the Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston
- Showcase of your youth-produced media at RYMAEC.org
- Spotlight profile at RYMAEC.org
- Free passes to the ICA galleries
- Discounted ICA membership: $50 for Individual and $75 for Dual/Family
- Ability to post and search field-related events, job opportunities, and other announcements
- Ability to comment on member contributed articles and curricula
- Networking opportunities
